Taking utmost account of the human figure, he highlights in detail each scenario full of imagination and fantasy. Victor honed his natural skills at the University “Antonio Jose de Sucre”, and lives in the beautiful city of San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela.
Our commitment to help abandoned children forces us to seek ways to overcome the tragedy of so many in need of support.
